Heather Hills, Vandora Springs, Vandora Pines, and the established streets around them are the core of the older stock: well-kept mid-size homes on mature lots with grown trees. The defining feature is the ranch window, wide and relatively short, often a single unit spanning most of a wall. A blind much wider than it is tall behaves differently. The slats have more span to sag across, and a standard 1-inch slat on a 72-inch width will bow visibly within a couple of years.
